Courses Plus Student 2,533 PointsBy using the new HTML5 elements (header, nav, section, aside, footer, etc), your web pages has more meaning semantically. You're more than welcomed to continue using HTML4.

11,808 PointsThe HTML is the structure of the website. So using header, aside, section, article, footer is essentially just structuring your website in a clean way. There is more to the difference some elements have and when to use them. But you'll learn that in later videos.
