I can not find the solution to 'write a sass function' challenge 1?

I've tried a lot of different solutions but none of them seem correct. Maybe the error is not clear enough for me.

style.scss 
$base-font-size: 16px;
// Write your function here
@function px-to-rem($target,$context){
  @return($context);
}

$base-font-size: px-to-rem(16px,16px);

Write only one function with the right parameters. $context with the default value of $base-font-size
