I am trying to select an image and set the display to block...like this..

This is not working for some reason.

You are selecting the profile-photo ID which doesn't exist.

In the HTML you created an image with a class of profile-photo, and you didn't put an ID.

Change the hash sign # in front of the selector to be a period/full stop/dot.
