I am having problems downloading and/or dragging the project files into my workspace. Any suggestions?

I am working on stage 3 creating HTML content and am having difficulties getting the project files into my workspace. i have tried dragging and dropping and saving the files on my desktop and uploading them. When I try uploading them, workspace does not see the files in the folder i created on my desk top. Suggestions?

There are something you can try:

  • you need to unzip the project file before drag and drop
  • upload a single file a time (one by one)
  • refresh your browser if you need to
  • check your internet
