For part 2, it is asking you to make a variable called "menu
" and assign it the literal string "Our available flavors are: {}."

For part 3, it wants you to use the "join
" function. It is a function you can call on a string and pass it a list. It joins each element in that list together with that string. For example:
>>> myList = ["Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday"]
>>> " - ".join(myList)
'Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday'
