I want to start with the basic plan for the web designing, a screen pops up in front of me regarding the coding but it is not coming again.

I recommend first learning HTML (if you want to learn how to make websites), then CSS, then JavaScript (JS)

From where I can start with the HTML and later the CSS andJS, kindly specify the location from where I could download the information. Thanks

I highly agree with Alexander! The first step is to learn Nick Pettites "How to make a Website", it is pretty much where all newbies start out, me included, after you have mastered it, it will open the doors for other areas of programming!
