File structure: folder name css w/ file "normalize.css" within that file. Browser: Chrome

28,690 PointsOpen Chrome's Dev Tools (right click on page someplace -> Inspect Element or simply Shift+Ctrl+i [osx: Cmd+Opt+i) and go to the Sources tab. If 'normalize.css' loaded it will show up there. If it did not load then we may have to see where the css
folder is in relation to your html file.
