Hey when I opened up the cyberduck host server I was in a rush and accidentally deleted all of the initial content, I checked my recycling bin after I noticed that was an error. Is there perhaps a place I can have duplicate those files on my webhost site or something like that?

If your host uses cpanel then try looking in 'file manager' and then in .trash
It may be there.
