What is a "style tag"? I don't think it was mentioned in the "Add Style" video.

a style tag looks like this
<style>
</style>
you put css selectors between the tags like so:
<style>
h1 {color:red;}
</style>
make sure you put the style tags inside the body tag but above the h1 tag
<body>
<style>
h1 {}
</style>
<h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
</body>

2,046 PointsIt's simply:
<style>
</style>
It is used to define style information directly in the HTML document.
