do style tags come before h1 tags?
1 Answer
Aisha Blake
Treehouse Guest TeacherIf you're using an internal stylesheet, your style tags will generally be in the head of your document:
<head>
<style>
h1 {
...
}
.......
</style>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Your Main Heading</h1>
.....
If you're using inline styles, the style tag will actually be an attribute within your h1 tag, or whatever element you're styling:
<h1 style="background-color: black; color: white...">Your Main Heading</h1>
