In my reading about coding I am coming across talk of different versions of Html which is numbered like Html1 Html2 Html3, 4, 5 and so forth. My question is what does this mean? Are these the same thing but with updated versions as you go up the numbers? And which html number is being used for these tutorials? And lastly, is it necessary to know whether this is Html 1 or 3?
