How would you redo a track that you completed, like to brush up on a skill that you did not fully learn or understand

You can always revisit a course or a track for as long as they're available (i.e. before they're retired.
Keep in mind that the track will remain in the state that you left it when you completed the course.
If you want to see the Track in its current form as if you were trying it for the first time what I do is go into the Tracks page, in an incognito Chrome window and this will show all the tracks in their current form, so if there's anything new on the Track you can check it out.
