How to upload the normalize.css file

I downloaded "normalize.css" from the the Resources section bellow but I can't get it to work in the workspace. I have a Windows 7 computer. When I go to downloads then drag "normalize.css" into the workspace it comes up as "normalize.css.zip" and the text is not as it appears on the lesson video. Then I went into the file and tried dragging another file inside of it also called "normalize.css" it wouldn't upload, it would just be constantly loading. Finally I went into this file and just copied and pasted the contents because they appeared the same as in the lesson video but when I look at the web view the bullet points are still there which the guy said shouldn't be there anymore! Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Double check, Normalize.css does not remove bullet points. Actually, you shouldn't hardly notice any change in your website appearance with normalize.css. It just smooths out some browser default inconsistencies. It's not opinionated enough to do things like remove bullet points on it's own.

reset.css should remove bullet points however.

Yes I checked again and the guy giving the lesson did say reset.css removes the bullet points. But how come in his web view there were no bullet points and mine was when I was doing the same thing?

Difference of versions. If you download the source code, Nick was using V1 of normalize, while currently we are on V3. V1 did remove bullet points on lists inside of a nav element. V3 doesn't have that CSS rule anymore.

It's this rule on line 316 of V1 throwing you off

nav ul,
nav ol {
    list-style: none;
    list-style-image: none;
}

Ohhh okay that makes sense. Thanks for your help!

You can also download normalize.css from google, (i like to save things on my desktop to find them easier), right click 'copy' and then 'paste 'it into a new file in workspaces.
