if there happens to be a team of beginners wanting to make a website consisting of good font styles , animation , transition , socialism and other , How to sort of divide task so that all Collaborate and speed up the process ..... and those people happen to know little or nun experience on web development.

20,305 PointsI don't think your question is super clear, and I don't think you'll have one easy solution.
First off, Treehouse has a 'starting a business' course, that I would probably start. I have not taken that course/track, but I imagine it will answer a lot of your questons. I would start there, and have everyone tackle a different track. One person do the design track, 1/2 people work on the front end development track, and maybe if you have a team member who is already somewhat experience in programming, have them try and tackle the PHP track to get a good foundation of back end programming started
