How to Set Skill Level Prior to Beginning a Track...

I was wondering, is there was a way I can take a skills test before I begin a track?

I clicked through the skill level test too fast when I signed up initially figuring I could always come back to it, but now I need a more accurate reading in order to get a better gauge as to how much time I need to set aside to complete a track.

Any insight/help you could provide would be great.

Thanks!

Hi there! There are currently no placement tests at Treehouse to evaluate your skill level. That being said, each course/workshop inside the track will list how many minutes will be required (as far as videos go) to complete the said course.

If we use this course for example you'll see that it lists the course as being 503 minutes long. I do not believe this takes into account time spent on coding challenges, though. So make sure you set aside some extra time for those! :sparkles:

Thank you for your response, Jennifer!
