How to set a margin of a gallery list item?

I can't seem to find this error in my code?

css/main.css

  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {

}

nav a {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a:hover {
  color: #32673f;
}

h1 {
  font-family: Changa One, sans-serif;
  font-size: 1.75em;
  font-weight: normal;
}

img {
  max-width: 100%;
}

#gallery {
  list-style: none;
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  background-color: #fff;

#gallery li {

Hi Amanda! It seems you are adding the asked margin (2.5%) to your p elements inside your a elements inside your li elements...if you want to add margin to your li elements inside the element with the gallery ID you must target the li like this:

#gallery li {
    margin: 2.5%;
}

Hey Amanda, I'm sure you've caught this by now, but remember to always use a semi-colon. It looks like in your gallery li it is missing after your width. I know Julian has already answered your question, but little things like forgotten semicolons and misspellings have plagued me during code challenges. I see you're missing the semicolon here:

gallery li {

float: left; width: 45% {
