How to run Hangman from Intelli J Idea and java workspace

I was trying to run my Hangman project from intelli J to work on some other projects when it started printing out requires <answer>. I'm not sure why this program stopped running like it normally does. This was even the case for inside my hangman project. Any advice is extremely appreciated!
