How to open folder in sublime text?

How to open fodle rin sublime text? i mean if we look at Zac, had opened the folder in sublime. I cant do that, i tried many thingsbut it wont work. I know i did it time ago once, but it doenst wor now. I have sublime 2 as well.

I'm using a mac and you can simply drag the folder to the Sublime Text 2 icon in you dock, I'm not sure if this is the same for PC.

Alternatively, open Sublime Text and click File -> Open and then select the folder and click open.

I did that but it opened blank sublime. I dragged the folder to sublime text in the doc but it just opened in blank .
I did also the second tip you wrote, it doesnt work eaither.

Btw PC stands for ' Personal Computer' its not windows : p iMac , Windows ,Mobile is PC : p as PC is a machine . Or what you think? there was a discussion about this here on treehouse xd
