654 PointsHow to indent Lines - Mac not working well!
Hi,
my name is Pi and I am trying to indent some code lines. Nick Pettit says I just have to press CMD + [] the brackets. But when I do so, nothing is going to happen. I am using a Mac and also having the Mac keyboard. I can create the brackets by pressing alt + figure 5 or 6.
Anyone who can help me to indent my text?
Thanks a lot!

From your description is sounds like you are pressing the CMD + both bracket keys at the same time. If this is the case then what you need to do is just hold down 'CMD + ]' to indent and 'CMD + [' to out-dent. Hope this helps.

654 PointsHey Padraic,
thanks for your support. I guess I didn't describe it good enough. I am using CMD + ] or [ but nothing is going to happen. I also have changed my keyboard language from German to English to fix it. Unfortunately it does not work.
Maybe I have to change some settings inside my Mac?
