How to improve thinking logically to solve problems?

How can I improve myself in problem solving? I'm unable to improve my thinking abilities and problem solving. I was unable to solve few code challenges very easily. But I'm unable to solve them as I used to solve them.

Thanks in advance for your tips and solutions.

I feel you. I think the best way to solve problems is to think like the computer and analyze everything and know its purpose and how it effects everything else. also, don't stress out over challenges. having a clear mind makes it much more easy to solve.
