is the string value that I put the one that has an error because I am getting an error
import android.os.Bundle;
public class FlightActivity extends Activity {
public int mFuelLevel = 0;
@Override
protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_flight);
// Add your code below!
Intent intent = getIntent();
String FUEL_LEVEL = Intent.getStringExtra("FUEL_LEVEL");

23,733 PointsThe first problem is that you are calling the method on Intent
instead of the variable intent
. Next, the value you're trying to get is an int
so you need to use getIntExtra()
. Also, this method expects a default value as the second argument so pass -1 for that. Finally, you need to assign the return value to mFuelLevel
instead of FUEL_LEVEL
.
