plz plz plz I am frustrated, I asked customer support to show me how to download videos, their way didn't work, can some one help in easy detailed way?

Under every video there's a "Downloads" section, click that and scroll a bit down, you'll see Project Files (if needed) MP4 Standard Definition Video, High Definition Video, and SRT file which is the video transcript.
Click either on the Standard or High Definition to download the video. If it doesn't work, please let us know which browser are you using and on what operating system.

Courses Plus Student 15,596 PointsAlright, this is a known issue with Firefox, you can use a different browser or right click on the "Standard Definition" lets say and choose "Save link as"
