How to download in document form course structure and contents

I am just starting on some tracks and would find it really useful to be able to download the overview for each track in a form that I can refer to later. Cutting and pasting the web page doesnt end up with the same formatting. And then what would be really useful would be if the "About" page for each course could be saved in a useful format where each of the summaries and steps could be saved as a document. I think that would really help to refer back to the course when needed and plan learning ahead of time. Also does anyone know if companion books are recommended for these courses?
