Declare a struct named LevelTracker with a single constant type property maxLevel. Assign an Int value to maxLevel.

besides the typo the code snippet should look like this:

struct LevelTracker {
    static let maxLevel = 1
}

there's a typo it the name of your struct should be r not t at the end ;-) Then assign it an Int value
