How to do my practice in eclipse?

package Very_Basics;
import java.io.Console;

public class basics {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        Console console = System.console();
        String firstName=console.readLine("What is your name?  ");
        String lastName=console.readLine("What is your last name? ");

        console.printf("My First Name is %s\n ",firstName);
        console.printf("My last name is %s\n",lastName);
    }

}

This code is working in workspace but when I'm trying to use it in eclipse it is throwing error runtime only
