How to arrange files for Pomodoro App

The process of starting up the Pomodoro App is not clear at all in terms of how the project should be set up in the IDE. Using intellij I have transferred the downloded "project" containing all of the scenes however despite numerous attempts the files are always arranged extremely different than what Craig has and the only thing that will pop up is an empty "Hello World" text box.

Hi. Have you downloaded and unzipped the Project Files folder located at "/project/s3v1"? I think it stands for Section 3 Video(or version) 1. I unzipped this version, and it seems to contain all of the files in the video.
