iOS Object-Oriented Objective-C Memory, Arrays and Loops, Oh My! Alloc and Init

How to alloc and init a NSString w/o giving it any value?

How is this possible?

variable_assignment.mm
NSMutableDictionary *carDict = [[NSMutableDictionary alloc] initWithObjectsAndKeys: @"Honda", @"Make", @"Accord", @"Model", nil];

NSString *myRide;

Hi there,

You just want to call alloc and init within the square brackets on NSString and assign that to an NSString object called myRide.

I don't want to just type the code - does the above help? Shout if not and I'll do better!

Steve.
