How should I start to build my programming portfolio?
What are some of the best tools or websites to help me build my portfolio. I want to emphasize more on the coding or the features rather than just the looks. :)

12,674 PointsThanks for the suggestions and the resources. I appreciate it. What are some good hosting services I can use to build my portfolio website?

8,545 PointsOkay, let's see here. If you're creating a web application (which I suppose you are), then my favorites are either:
Heroku... for ease of use, DigitalOcean... because I like it, and Vultr... because it's kind of like DigitalOcean.
As for your case, Heroku would, with no doubt, be your best option.
Hope this helps!
