Right now I'm following the Front End Dev track, but if I'm done with that, doest that mean I have all the skills needed for a job as a Front End Developer? Or do I need to go more in depth and get more experience first? And where to get that experience? To me it's really hard to tell when I'm ready for a job in development.

Treehouse Project ReviewerYou should look into what skills are commonly needed/wanted in your area based on the role. A lot of jobs in my area want more things, such as frameworks. Frameworks are very popular and is worth looking into, especially the JavaScript ones.
You should have a solid portfolio which clearly showcases your skills.
On another note, you should feel some sort of "job ready" when you believe you can confidently tackle most things you encounter in front end web development.
Another thing to add is prepare for interviews, research and look into it for this industry.
