How do you change the CSS permanently?

When you use Chrome Developer Tools it doesn't save the changes. I assume it's to just investigate. How do you make it permanent?

By going into your css file and making the change you want and saving it.

When you're ready to make the permanent changes, you will edit the source files that are sent to the browser. Depending on the organization, there will be rules in a separate CSS file, style tags in the HTML document, or inline style attributes on HTML elements (or some combination).
