how do you assign a bool variable 'getsDiscount' and assign a value of 'isMember'

need help

variable_assignment.mm 
bool getsDiscount = TRUE;

NSLog (@"has license: %i, getsDiscount);

I only know swift, but I think you will need to convert your boolean into a string. I don't know how to do that in Objective C. But it should be something similar to "str(getsDiscount)".
