33,856 PointsHi Julie, are you uploading to a workspace? If you're on a Windows machine, make sure you right-click and unzip the file first. From there, you can drag to the bottom left corner in your workspace from the unzipped folder.

966 PointsThe imgs were downloaded already unzipped. It didn't give me the option to unzip them. I went into each folder and tried to dropped them into workspace, but they wouldn't upload. I also tried to upload my own photos that are saved on my computer, however they wouldn't upload either.

966 PointsYes, I am using Google Chrome at the moment. I am also using a Dell computer with Microsoft 8.1 installed if that helps.

33,856 PointsRight, okay. I think the issue is specific to Windows users. Apologize about all of that. We've received a lot of feedback on this lately, and the developers are working to get it resolved soon.

The last time I checked (on a Windows machine), image uploads were working (so long as the file was unzipped first) -- unless that's changed since then. If you like, I'll try to work with you more closely when I get off my mobile device, and on a desktop.
