Remove the www. and you'll have the right email address. You can contact support from within this website, or email them directly at help@teamtreehouse.com

I'm guessing they're giving you an email address to contact (help@teamtreehouse.com)...not a url. Where did you hear them say www.help@teamtreehouse.com? I tried to find it in the video, but didn't notice it.
