4,010 PointsHow do I set the top margin to 0?
I'm having trouble setting the top margin to 0. I thought the order went clockwise, starting with the top value.

31,603 PointsHey Matthew,
yes, you're right. And you almost got it right. However when the value is zero it doesn't have a unit like px. Oh, and you should also target the nav element, not an element with the id of nav. So if you remove the px unit and the # in front of the nav selector it should work.
nav ul {
float: left;
margin: 0 10px;
}

Courses Plus Student 55,489 PointsI think your problem is that the nav element does not have an id of nav so when you are selecting you need to select the element like so:
nav ul {
margin: 0 10px;
}
not sure why your are setting a float left property. when I tried the challenge the first one was only about setting a margin?
