How Do I Open My Site?

I just did the installing and website + password login creation yesterday but now I'm trying to continue this course but it doesnt state how to open your previous content at all. My only choice right now is to create another but I don't want to do that, I want to know how to open my last session.

If I am following your issue, you just need to login to your WordPress website? If so, you just go to www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin and you will be able to use the username/email and password you set up yesterday. The WordPress admin login is always accessible by adding /wp-admin to the end of your URL.
