How do I mix with VST? No EQ, compressors, reverb or limiters?

How do I edit the audio with vsts? So no reverb, eq, panning, compressors, or limiters?

I have sound engineering background too. LOLs.. I need my tools! EQ and compression is probably the most important. :/
