How do I join the Treehouse FEWD slack community?

I just started my FEWD techdegree course and am trying to connect to the Treehouse slack community. The instructions say to use my treehouse email which I assume to be the one I created my Treehouse account with, but it is not working for me. Is there something I'm missing?

Nevermind, I contacted TeamTreehouse support and they helped me get everything sorted out.
