Hi Jordan. Welcome to Treehouse.

I'm assuming your are talking about the 3rd challenge that asks, "Select the list items nested inside the gallery. Float them to the left and set the width to 45%."

So, let's break it down.

In Task 2, you selected the id gallery #gallery, and now you need to select the li elements that are nested in the gallery id -> #gallery li

Once that is selected, you just need to set the float property and the width property.

  float: left;
  width: 45%;
}
