166 PointsHow do I download the img files rather than dragging them?
I've downloaded the images needed and try to drag them to the drop box in my work space and they're not appearing as downloaded or accessible. Is there another option to import them? I'm on a Windows operating laptop.

Courses Plus Student 11,484 PointsHi Rebecca,
The other way to import files into workspaces is to go to the menu bar up top in Workspaces. Click file->upload file, then select the image you want to upload. That should works.
However, I've noticed on Windows operating systems that even when you unzip files downloaded from a course, you have to move the files to a different folder or location - for example, move them from your downloads folder to your desktop. Then Workspaces generally accepts them on drag and drop.
