Have you watched the video before doing the code challenge?
It's asking you to write a style element before the h1
tag.
You learn all about this in the previous video.

The first question is asking you to add style tags above h1 element.
<body>
<style></style>
<h1>Joseph Barrera</h1>
</body>
The next is asking you to write in css. to select the h1 element. and then finally to style in to green.
<body>
<style>
h1 {
color: green;
}
</style>
<h1>Joseph Barrera</h1>
</body>

<body>
<style>
</style>
<h1>Joseph Barrera</h1>

That's it. Hope I could help. ~J
