Courses Plus Student 1,049 PointsHow do I correctly float items in <li> to the left with 45% width. gallery li { float: left; width: 45%;} not accepted.
My code looks like this: gallery li { float: left; width: 45%; } But the code challenge says it's not right.
I think I might have gone a little "blind" here, but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong... Please help?

29,679 PointsYou need to target the element with an id
of gallery: #gallery li
.
#gallery li {
float: left;
width: 45%;
}
You're just forgetting the #
before gallery.
