I'm trying to set up my Movefile for Wordmove, but I keep getting a (Wordmove::NoAdapterFound) when I try to do a pull from my staging server.
I'm 99% sure I've set up the local and staging info correctly, but I'm only about 5% sure I've set up the SSH correctly so I THINK the SSH credentials are what is incorrect.
What am I supposed to use for HOST and USER for SSH? I'm not sure what info should go there and my rather exhaustive search of Google has lead me nowhere so far :(

You'll want to use your SHH username on the server and that server's IP address (after generating your RSA key).
