Hey Prateek,

Unfortunately, you cannot change the settings once you create a file. But you can create a new file using pixel measurements and copy your layers into it.

Let me know if this helps :)

thanks for replying . Ok now how do we create a new file using the "pixel" measurement in photoshop cc?

Click on the top left corner on File > New - In the measurement box make sure it's Pixels, select your width & height and click OK.

Like so:

New Document

Oh ok, well she didn't really point that out in the video!

Thanks good to know!

Prateek,

I am using Photoshop CC as well. Try this:

Edit > Preferences > Units and Rulers

Then change the Rulers and Type to pixels in the "Units" section.

Hey Jake,

These settings will not change your current document. They apply to a new document's default measurement.

Hi Prateek

I am using Adobe Photoshop CS6

Click "EDIT" --> "Preferences" ---> "Units and Rulers"

Then change the "UNITS" to the pixels as per your requirement.

Hope this will help.

God bless you :-)
