6,784 PointsHow can we modify the list of children using the getChildren() method?
In the video, Craig uses the following code "root.getChildren.add(txt);". I don't understand how this is possible with my current knowledge of getters and setters in Java. How does this code work, because it appears like it would return the list of children from the Scene object, root, and then modify it's own copy instead of the list owned by "Root". Therefore how is this changing the original list at all?
