Hey Treehouse Guys,
I've been working on a project for quite a while, and we're near completion. We're launching a website and app soon, and I was wondering if anyone could guide me through the process of registering my company as an LLC. We currently have 3 people on our team, and the ownership is as follows, 45% for person A, 45% for person B, 10% for person C. We were looking at LegalZoom, to help us incorporate our company.

LegalZoom is the company I've been using for my companies and I'll continue to do so. Their tiered package structure allows you to choose the plan that's right for you. You answer a questionair about your company and they do all the rest. I highly recomend taking a look as you can also purchase piece of mind to make sure you haven't made any mistakes in your filing. This will save you time and money in the long run. I wish you nothing but luck with your new endeavor.
Cheers!
