How can I reach the html files of this free template?

Hi, I downloaded this free Bootstrap template to look into the html and css structures of the project. I wasn't able to find html files. Is there any way I can reach those files? Thanks in advance

Look for the .hbs files (they're HTML-like although written in Handlebars).

And then of course, the scss files are css with Sass if I'm not wrong.
