How can I download and install the twentyfourteen theme try the things in the video as it plays

I want to be able to try the things Zac is showing while watching the video. Where can I download and install the theme he is using. I do have a host server and a domain name already set up.

Go to the Wordpress Admin area - Appearance - Themes and search for it.
