how can i convert int to float ??

how can i solve this problem ??

trial.py 
def add(float("457","452"):
    total = (457+ 452)
    return total

You should convert to float inside the function body, not the header. You should also use variable names rather than actual numbers (I've used 'x' and 'y' below):

def add(x, y):
    return float(x) + float(y)
