7,822 PointsTo create a method that doesn't return anything you use the 'void' type, like so -
public void charge() {
//YOUR CODE HERE
}
I resolved the challenge with the following, I moved your barCount variable to the top because it was confusing where it was.

private String color;
private int barCount;
public GoKart(String color) {
this.color = color;

this.barCount = MAX_BARS;
}
