231,271 PointsYou're close, but the arguments are reversed. The method should be applied to the parent (div), and the argument is the new paragraph:
contentDiv.appendChild(newParagraph);

11,314 PointsNot a bad idea but you can use it the "contentDiv" not the simple div, but now everything needs a new line. "which to append".appendChild(which should be append); Maybe I hope this help.
